6 lbs Amber Dry Malt Extract

1/2 lb Munich Malt

1/2 lb Black Patent Malt

1/2 lb Chocolate Malt

1/2 lb Oats

1/2 lb Malted Wheat

1/2 lb Roasted Barley

1/4 lb Malto Dextrin

1 oz Fuggles (4.5% Alpha) 60 minutes

1 oz Fuggles (4.5% Alpha) 15 minutes

Steep speciality grains at 155F for 45 minutes, add the extracts and boil for 60 minutes, adding the hops as indicated. Chill to 68F and pitch healthy starter of Wyeast #1028 London Ale.
