I brew and judge all styles. No specific favorites although I enjoy
lighter, session beers on a daily basis.
6. Most Interesting Batch Made
Clone of Dogfish Head's Midas Touch made with Pilsner malt, honey, Muscat
grapes and saffron.
7. Greatest Brewing Moment
Judging at the World Beer Cup and Great American Beer Festival with world
renown judges and brewers.
8. Worst Brewing Moment
Nothing spectacular but all the usual stuff including boil overs, scorched
pots, leaking pumps and broken carboys. The worst have been some dumped
batches, wasted hours.
