1. Sponsorships are available on a first-come first-serve basis starting January 26, 2009. Payment or billing information must be included. We will accept prize donations until May 5, 2009!

2. Sponsorships are available at several different levels:

3. Founding Sponsors - were available in 2008 only. Anyone having previously established themselves as a Founding Sponsor and who continues as a sponsor of future Homebrew at the W.E.B. competitions at any level (Category Sponsor or above) will receive special recognition ANNUALLY as a Founding Sponsor on the website, on a banner at the competition and at the World Expo of Beer, during the Awards Ceremony, on each Participant's Certificate and in the Winner's List that is sent to each participant in the competition.

4. Event Sponsor - will receive special recognition on the website, on a banner at the competition and at the World Expo of Beer, during the Awards Ceremony, on each Participant's Certificate and in the Winner's List that is sent to each participant in the competition.

5. Best-of-Show Sponsor - will receive special recognition on the website, during the Award Ceremony at the World Expo of Beer, on the Best-of-Show Winner's Certificate and in the Winner's List that is sent to each participant in the competition. Call or email for availability.

6. Organizers' Choice Sponsor - will receive special recognition on the website, during the Award Ceremony at the World Expo of Beer, on the Organizers' Choice Winner's Certificate and in the Winner's List that is sent to each participant in the competition. Call or email for availability.

7. Category Sponsor - will receive recognition on the website, on the Category Winner's Certificate and in the Winner's List that is sent to each participant in the competition. Sponsors should submit a list of 3 - 5 categories. We will do our best to accommodate all, but categories are subject to prior reservation. A reservation will only be made when the funds/merchandise have been received by the competition committee.

8. Prize Donor - will have their information included with any prize given to a participant and will be recognized in the Winner's List sent to each participant in the competition. Prize donors should submit gift certificates, merchandise certificates, logo items, or other homebrew/beer related merchandise with a total minimum value of $30.00 to be used as prizes. Larger, duplicate or multiple donations may be utilized as additional awards to the Best-of-Show, Organizers' Choice or Category Winners, if deemed appropriate.

9. Sponsors at Event, Best-of-Show and Organizer's Choice level should submit checks or money orders made out to "CASS RIVER HOMEBREWERS" to:

10. Category Sponsors may choose to send check or money orders, or may substitute merchandise (gift certificates, collectibles, logo items, apparel, etc.) in lieu of funds so long as the value of the items meets or exceeds the listed requirement and documentation of value is submitted. If planning to submit merchandise in lieu of funds, please contact either Lee Cruppenink or David Scholl at the contacts page.

11. Prize donors should send items to the address listed above and include the value of the items sent.
