Is it a simple matter of tightening the clamps to stop a slow leak? Or is there some other fancy SURE way to do this.

Depends on where the leak is. Try spraying fittings and clamps with soapy water to find it first. Sometimes it's the O rings on the gas in post if it leaks while the line is hooked to a keg. Or could be the keg lid ring. If tightening the clamp, don't go too tight or it'll strip the worm threads. Tight's tight, broke's too tight.

I've actually had better luck using a bit of windex to find slow leaks.
