Greetings, I feel embarassed asking this question here but I know a lot of you fellas use Corny's. I myself am a man of the beer, however the 25 girls Im going to be hanging with this week aren't. They want me to make a carbonated half tea/half lemonade drinking in my corny for an upcoming party. I told them that with two handles of liquor it could be done. I was wondering if anyone has a good recipe for this, or knows where I can find one. Also, what volume of carbonation should I use. Upwards of 2.5? Thanks, Peter Roman |

I've made this one for my wife. It turned out good. I suppose you could mess around with the lemonade and ice tea concentrate to get what you are looking for. oh, I carbed as normal. But, you can suit it to what you like. Jason. Lemon Brew 2lbs. Corn Sugar 2lbs. clover honey 2lbs. light malt extract 6 cans frozen lemonade concentrate 1 packet nottingham dried ale yeast Bring 1.5 gallons of water to a boil. Add sugar, honey, and malt extract. Boil for 5 minutes. Chill the wort in a covered pot. When cooled pour ingredients into the primary fermentor. Top off with enough cooled water to make 5 gallons. Pitch yeast and ferment in the primary for one week. Add 6 cans of thawed lemonade concentrate to the secondary fermentor. Rack the contents of the primary to the secondary. Let sit for 4 days. Keg and force carbonate. Also, I filtered out any pulp before adding to the secondary. |

I've made a very similar recipe with the same amounts and ingredients, but I split the 6 cans of frozen concentrate into lime-ade and lemonade. Turned out great, and everyone loved it. |
