can anyone recommend a good place to get leaf hops on or near the North East? I uses a place in NH right now and while there prices are good, it seems like the freshness is not. Also I compared shipping costs to as far out as Northern Brewer and they are comparable. Bulk is nice too.

Try Stoutbillys in Portsmouth. Don has a great hop selection of hard to get hops and he keeps them at -10f in his freezer.
Otherwise I would say check out HopUnion and HopTech which Are great places with good prices.

Does Hopunion sell to homebrewers? Do they have a minimum order amount?
