A friend was brewing on my system sunday. I was out of O2 so he attached a rippled one piece airlock to the out hose from the pump. That thing sprayed and foamed like crazy. Worked much better than many of the "shower" type devices I have seen. The evidence is all over my basement. He pitched a pack of nottingham in each 6.5 gal pale of porter with a sg of ~1.065 and it blew up. at least he was good enough to stop by and cleanup and attach a blowoff tube. |
