I'm considering making a Double Chocolate Stout this weekend.Anyone have a proven recipe?I would like to brew a 10 gal. batch.Also, I won't be able to make a starter, so a yeast suggestion would be appreciated.This is kind of on short notice as my stepson suggested it tonight.I'm planning to go to the LHBS in the morning and either brewing on Sat. or Sunday before the Superbowl..TIA to the collective...
