I'm having trouble with my temp controller at the moment and can't get below 57F. So I'm wondering what some of you folks who may have actually used S189 think about me fermenting at that temp. The 'official' temp range is 49F - 59F with the ideal temp at 54F.
I want to make a Vienna and a CAP. Can I get away with it?
