Anyone had experience with Polyclar (PVPP plastic) fining agents? I have a bunch of this stuff from a distributor at work, and it seems to work good for me. Are there any drawbacks that people have noticed? Some say it may strip more than just chill haze compounds from the beer, it may strip flavor/body, etc..
