I just checked, 10 batches, each 10 gallons...where's my calculator? Does Promash do this calculation for me?

86 gallons for me - 4-5s, 1-6, 6-10s. A bit lower than most years, but I may get in one more session before New Years.

[Edit]
Forgot to add my meads - 2-3s and 1-5. 97 total gallons of fermented beverages, which is closer to my norm.

I'm doing 10 right now. 20 more on Xmas day plus the 60 I did earlier this year. if I can squeeze in another 10 before the 1st, I'll hit an even century.

What I'm trying to figure out is where all that beer went!

I brewed my first beer 2nd weekend of July and since have brewed about 60gal. I started AG after the first two extract brews. I hope to brew on new 10-15 gal rig the first weekend of the new year. What a great hobby... that's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!

I brewed 60 gallons starting in May and I will have another 10-15 before brewed by the end of the year. I'm going to have to have all of my brewing done for 2007 by June because of a new arrival to our family. I just hope that this time, I won't be taking two year hiatus from brewing.

What's the legal limit in California? I brewed just less than that.

Oh, 12 10 gallon batches for me. Probably a personal best, and a record for this thread so far. Now I'm feeling guilty.

Maybe 10 10 gallon batches, plus two five gallon batches of red wine, 5 gallons of Acer mead, and five gallons of cider.

i might get a Strong Scotch Ale brewed before NYE.

But I don't work for a living, and have more time on my hands than most folks

First year back after a hiatus. 18 different 5 gallon batches, virtually all has been consumed by myself, friends, HBC friends and family. I am moving to 10 gallon batches next year after 15 years brewing with my last "upgrade"

21x5+10+5thisweekend=120 gallons. Well within the 100 gallons per person per year Federal limit.

Less than usual. I did not brew June through September.

Checking in my log book, it seems I've produced 219 gallons with 16 gallons of it being cider. Please do not report me to the authorities.

22 gallons. I'm not worthy to be in this thread, especially since it was all bottled and my brew kettle is a "gasp," pot. Please, don't hate me.

My pale ale today was batch number 33 this year All 20-23 liters, or 5-6 gallons, each.

I didn't even know I'd brewed that much before I counted my brew logs just now!

Is the legal limit 100gal per person... per household? So for me and the Mrs... we get 200? and of course, add my legal age son still in residence... count another 100? and... include my legal age son and daughter that come for frequent visits... another 200? Lets see... 2+1+2=... holy thats 500 gallons of beer on the wall... '07 is gonna be an awesome brew year!!!

Merry Christmas everyone !!!

Randy, I think it's 100 per person and 200 per household. All those other "hundreds" don't count~

Hmmmm.... 130 gallons, or so. I have managed to brew at least once a month (10 gallon batches). It is a matter of priorities....even with kids, travel, daily commute, blah, blah....I find time. It is therapy.

Outside of spending 13 weeks in Korea, I managed to get in 5 10 gallon batches, along with 2 5 gallon batches and a 5 gallon batch of wine, so I guess my total would be 65 gallons....not bad, but 2007 is looking to be a lot better....

Connie, actually it's 100 gal for a single adult household, and 200 gal for a multiple adult household.

Subtle but important difference.

I don't get to brew nearly as much as you guys...but I can always make a New Year's resolution.

Heading off to the LHBS today to get ingredients. I am going to brew tomorrow, but I don't know what I am going to brew yet.

The only thing I know for sure is it will be an ale. I will probably decide once I get there and wing it.

I just checked, and I brewed 96 gallons last year.

For a real gut check count, it would be interesting to see how much beer is on hand, for everyone after the holiday season.

I counted my Promash recipes for the year and turns out I did 14 batches this year - all 5gal for a total of 70gal. I have cranked things up a bit from last year. Hope that output will increase again when I finally finish my 10gal brewery. I’m thinking that the inaugural brew will be right around new years. Since I am way under 200 I got lots of room for improvement!

I'd have to look at my notes to see what I did early in the year (I'd guess not much since I moved in January 2006) but in the last 2 months I've brewed 5 10 gallon batches. So probably 7 batches on the year which is pretty good for me.

12 5-gallon batches. The 1st batch was bad and had to be dumped. Does it still count?

I didn't brew May through September, so I was down from the usual 20 batches, but I also no longer have help drinking the beer, so I probably drank the usual amount :-)

I wrote this 12/22
Like Randy I made my first batch 2nd week of July and have 19 5gal batches with hopes of one more to get to the 100G mark.
Well I made it plus one more for a total(I think) for the year of 105 gal.

As of today I've done 23 5 gallon batches. Although most are actually 5.5 gallons, or 6 gallons if you count the two quarts left in the mash tun.

Since Georgia only allows 50 gallons per household, I did 50 gallons, though my "neighbors" made at least another 15 or so.

Well, considering I was in 3 different houses and held 3 different jobs I still managed to get in 9 batches for 75 gallons.
