well I did a search last 90 days for "lager (and ) recipe" in both subject and text and that famous hyjacked thread appears to be gone?? even lager doesn't pull up that thread I know I started requesting a lager recipe?

IT appears so... I wasn't sure if a 90 day back search would go into 2006? so I looked in the archives for Dec also.. Gone.

He still comes around often. He can't stay away very long. He's been posting here for so long I think his fingers have involountary reactions and type their own way here.
He don't seem so easily offended like some.
If you get a chance, brew some of the recipes he recommends. Some of my favorite brews are ones that he's posted. His or others.

Well I missed my goals for today.. Dam bottling!
But the rewards this fishing and camping season will be the hoppy IPA I so love SSOS. bottled 5 gals and kegged up 5. I had to wash off labels on some bottles so I was reminded of the full bottling pain.
No wonder I am stingy with my bottled beer.
Now I will concentrate monday on the recipe and hooking up my new NB 200k Nat gas burner. Heck I will go out in hte chill between games and plumb that baby and do a test rocket burn.
