anyone have a hard lemonade recipe. I'm looking for a 1 gal recipe for use in demijohns.

The truth is that these beverages have very little malt (and often no hops), only enough to satisfy the law so that they can be sold in the same category as beer. Almost of all of them contain added neutral spirits (vodka). Think of them as cocktails and you will be much closer to duplicating their flavor. Make a pitcher of lemonade and add vodka to taste. |
