Hit a funny milestone today. I'm down 9 kg, or in other words about the volume of a half-full cornykeg. When you visualize it, that's a lot of fat to distribute across a body!

I'm stoked!

Sounds like a good excuse to throw back a few "Wee Heavies"!

You mean you lost 9 kg of body mass, not volume. I'm not sure what the specific gravity of body fat is, but I highly suspect it's not the same as water.

Anyway, congratulations on the weight loss. I'm currently working to lose about 10 lbs. gained over the past couple of months.

It's a little lighter than water, 0,9 kg per liter, so it works out to about 10 liters of volume. Which, come to think of it, is a little more than half a corny :-)

Congratulations on your recent loss? That sounds wrong....

Feel free to pass along any suggestions for how I can do the same. Nothing silly like "portion control and exercise". Magic bullet stuff. Things that won't leave me feeling hungry and deprived.

Sorry. Portion control and exercise is the only way to go - unless you have some weird genetic advantage :-)

Then you can click on the next piece of spam and you'll gain that weight back, all in a certain appendage.
