I have a friend with Ceoliac's and have been thinking about brewing him a batch for some time. I have heard that the Sorghum syrup available for brewing is not that great as gar as getting a nice beery flavor. This gluten free barley malt would be great for those wishing to have something better than sorghum extract. |
