Can I hang in the basement of the brewery with Dan and drink from the bottom of the keg? Why it's even better than having naked women at your disposal.

. That must have been the best beer ever. I notice my beer is best at the bottom of the keg too!

The original video from Stone that this one parodies is, in my opinion, simply cheesy at best. In regards to the first video posted it really makes me prefer to not be that dude!

To what degree is the perception that the harder to get a beer, the better it tastes? I think that this idea has driven the import market for decades and maybe now, the micro market.

At least some of the people lined up for a 1/4 mile outside Russian River for Pliny the Younger have brainwashed themselves into that's it's an amazing beer. Highly limited availability driven hype is powerful. Also seen with Dark Lord...

The obsessive beer traders also display this type of behavior, but I digress.

One glance at the "top rated" beer lists on beeradvocate.com show the effect pretty well. They've gone to some lengths to try to counter this, requiring minimum numbers of reviews and such. But it still shows. No question that reviewing some all-but-impossible beer gives you cred in certain quarters.

BTW, I thought that first video was absolutely hysterical. I totally know guys like that. Hot, naked, drunk girls vs. quadruple IPA with juniper berries aged in sherry casks? No competition!

When watching the first video I laughed loud and hysterically from about 4:45 to 5:15.. So @#$@#^ hilarious.. My wife came in to check on me.

If I could somehow commit that long beer name to memory I could make beer shoot out of anyone's nose on demand..

Sure, brewed with an Immelmann maneuver and a tuck position dismount.

...and fermented in ancient extinct russian oak barrels.

Sorry Dan, I couldn't resist.
