While browsing thru the forum I see many PromMash recipes posted as text files. ProMash users interested in one of these recipes have to re-key this info back into ProMash for their own use.

Is it possible to set the board to allow ProMash .rec file uploads? Then a link could be added when a recipe is provided to allow others to download the file and avoid keying the info back into their ProMash.

The files are relitively small compared to a graphics file so won't take up as much space and its already possible to do this now by enclosing the .rec file into a .zip file but most users may think this to big a bother to go thru.

I'll look into it, but, again - this is purchased software, so it is exceedingly difficult to change its feature set. Based on your post, I've suggested to Jeff that since Promash generates a standardized text file, it wouldn't be too difficult to have Promash be able to parse that file back into a Promash data record. Hopefully, he will (or, already has...) implement such a feature. THen you could simply cut-and-paste into a text file on your local pc and Promash will read it? Let's see what happens :^)
