I was just looking on ebay and there are many o2 regulators for sale for both the E sized medical bottles and the CGA 540 industrial o2..Many are sold with bottle... Looks like you could get a reg for under 20$ if you watch and maybe 1/2 of a welding system for 30$ including a small bottle.
