I'm thinking of brewing a ten gallon batch of Octoberfest. Once the secondary period is over I plan to rack each 5 gallon fermenter into a 5 gallon corny keg flushed with CO2. Will my beer be OK in this condition until the fall? Any suggestions? |

Ideally lagers should be refrigerated when stored, but as a practical matter you should be fine if you avoid temperature extremes. |

Yes. Cornies are a great way to store and age beer. |
