Has anyone tried 1272 in a stout? I'm looking for a recipe to pitch onto my yeast cake next week. Not sure how it'd be for a stout, so I thought I'd ask. |

Bill Pierce's "Old Rasputin" Imperial stout clone uses that strain. I'll be using it for a stout as well. |
