I'm looking for a recipe for spicy beer mustard. I like Sierra Nevada's but am really looking for one similar to Coyote Springs Brewing Company's in Phoenix ('92-'99 +/-)!! That's not too specific is it?? |

I know this is an old post, but I thought I'd reply anyways. You can make your own mustard at home. Just get some whole mustard seeds & grind them with vinegar or beer (add it a little at a time) until you have the consistancy you want. Do a search on Google for homemade mustard & you'll find lots of recipes. |

Of course this post is really old now -- but one of the best beer mustards I've ever had is from Mendocino Mustard Company -- www.mendocinomustard.com -- It's made with a North Coast Brewing Company's (Menodcino County)beer. |
