Ok, this conversation area is for the naming suggestions for this topic area. As I said in the "Somthing New" post, I've had 4 hours of sleep in the last 48. (Why am I taking this time for something new?) I needed a name to begin with. Let's see how it goes and if this topic actually takes off, post suggestions for the permanent topic name in this area.

I think I missed the part explaining exactly what the topic area is to cover.
Is it beer and food pairings, like IPA and nachos?
Or is it beer used in cooking, like when I use my scotch ale in making venison chili? (Personally, I'd be more interested in this one since I discovered brewing as an extension of my love for cooking)
Or maybe it's both? |

Brews and chews is cool. I think it will lure poeple in too. "Brews and chews.. what the heck is that ." Where the 'brewers kitchen' might be confused with brewing in a kitchen or something along those lines.
