This beer has yeast on the bottom, so does anyone know if this is the same yeast it is fermented with? I would like to swipe it an use for a double bock. I have heard this is whitelabs 885 but I can't wait until It's back in season to brew with it.

It's the 833 Bock yeast from White Labs, and it is a year-round strain, but I don't know if the conditioning yeast is the same.
