I just got done transferring my Red to secondary and I would like to re-use the yeast. I have poured hale of the remaining slurry into a glass container and have an air lock on it. Can I pour the remainder into a similar 64 oz. plastic vessel? Is it OK to use PBW and Star San on plastic?

You could store the yeast in a plastic container. There is no problem with PBW and Star San and plastic.
