I used typical Ball Canning jars and boiled everything including the full jars after they were sealed. My last jar has about 2" of airspace between the fluid level and cap. Should I be concerned about this?

I wouldn't worry too much about the airspace if the jar is sealed well and it was canned for the recommended time.
