Anyone have any idea if Pale Malt 2-Row from Munton's that is called "American Style", but produced in Europe is very close to the promash ratings for "American" Pale Malt 2-Row (typically get my American 2-Row from Great Western, I believe. Regards, -Jeff |

it's got to be close, I use Munton's 2-row (but not amer. style) I find it very close to the Breiss 2-row I get |

I just finished a bag of Muntons ASM and have to say that this is now my base malt of choice for most of my ales. |

Oh yeah, It's a good substitute. I think the color was about the same as american pale 2 row, around 1.8 lovibond or so. |
