You should have had TWO beers. And, what is this whirlygig? And why does it inspire such passion? |

I brewed 30 gals saturday, never the less the wifey was mad that the whole evovled around beer. My argument was " well you dring the beer too, do you want to run out?" That didnt go over well, so sunday was spent boating and now Im burnt to a crisp. Man this is upstate NY not Texas 96 is a bit to much for me these days. At least I dont live in 29 palms or La quinta CA, death heat when I lived there.. Nice setup Jim hope your girl wasnt up yer arse.. Heath |

wife wasn't home....so it went pretty well. Just got finished. 7 1/2 hrs for 25 gallons. Don't like to brew double batches too often. In fact I wasn't planning on brewing for another couple weeks but summer comes and all of a sudden I have lots of friends putting a big hurt on my stash nah.. its fine but with the 4th coming up if I didn't brew i'd be dangerously low |

Jim, I agree. Summer puts a hurting on my stock. Especially since my brother's wedding was a couple of weeks ago and now my wife is planning a "beer" party on the 2nd of July. I see alot of double batches in my future. I like the sun faces/moon faces BTW. That is the theme of our bedroom. Clowns OTOH give me the heebies. |

"quite a mass of brass to rig that propane splitter????" Not to bad. A couple of ball valves for control and a few other pieces. Its running on natural gas not propane. I love NG no running out at a bad time |
