If one must brew extract, what would the best DME or LME be to mimic Maris Otter?

I've never used this, but Williams Brewing has a LME that is supposed to be MO

I'm gonna hazard a guess that both places get their MO extract from the same source. I think it's made by Crisp Maltings.

A long time ago, before I started AG brewing, I bought the American red extract from Williams brewing. They insinuated that they made (or had someone make) the specialty extracts they sell. They do have an interesting choice of extracts. If you didn't know any better you might think they made their own yeast too :-)
