ahh, petty beer name wars. Brings back memories. When my Shark's Tooth Beer Company opened it's doors back in '96. The owner of Shark Tooth(brewpub in HI and FLA started after us)visited our sales office in Menlo Park, CA. He was carrying a cease and desist letter. When we asked him when he filed his copyright, it was three months after we were selling product. He promptly turned and walked out the door. I yelled out to him as he got in his car "Don't worry we won't try to do the same to you, I don't think we'll be selling in Florida or Hawaii any time soon" |
