Anyone know why no HBS will ship to WA? |

I believe Washington requires a special permit to import hop rhizomes. They are concerned about diseases that could possibly impact the state's important commercial hop crop. Of course there are Washington hop growers, such as http://www.hopsdirect.com, that sell rhizomes within the state. |

That's kind of what I suspected. Living just across the river from Portland It wouldn't be hard to scoot over there and pick up any rhizome not available in WA. |

Chris, My local HBS, Bader homebrew supply has them also, I was wondering about getting shipping to WA because I may want to get a variety that he doesn't carry. |
