Bill doesn't know me. He has never met me. Yet he went out of his way to help me with a specific yeast procurement problem for a wine I wanted to make.
It wasn't easy. It took time and aggravation and expense. But Bill did it anyway, for someone he only knows through an internet forum.
I salute our resident hero, Bill Pierce, for his brewing, his writings, and his support of us "little people" who labor out here in the trenches of homebrewing! A public "thank you," Bill!  |

Bob is correct. Anyway, my French is slightly poorer than the present occupant of the office. And I shouldn't offend my neighbours, but I have to say politics up here is on the b-o-r-i-n-g side. Of course Canadians are dying on foreign soil in much lower numbers, too.
