OK, So after hearing evrybody talk about how useful promash is I downloaded the free trial. Mashed in a few minutes ago and hit my mash temp of 155 dead on!!! Should have gotten this before. No more guesstimates and then adjusting. When I'm done with this session I'll sping for the full version. By the way no affilation.
