Im looking at rebuilding a used March Pump.I have no idea what it was used for. Is it possible to replace the plastic parts and be good to go?

All the parts can be replaced - I recently bought a new head, gasket and spindel for 50 canuck bucks. But take it apart first to see if it need to be rebuilt.
