As always, more help is needed. Big Bear Brewing Co has this Orange Blossom Ale that is out of this world and I would like to duplicate it or come close. The beer is fairly medium/amber in color with a mild hop profile and only a HINT of oranges. Its' name comes from the taste being close to what an orange blossom smells like. Any ideas on how to get this "orange blossom" flavor without overpowering the beer? OR, those familliar with Moab.... There is this little bar/brewery in Moab called Eddie McStiff's. Cool joint with refreshing beer post mtn bike ride and $0.10 chicken wings. Any idea about Eddie McStiff's Raspberry Wheat? They have a raspberry wheat that is out of this world....any ideas? Again the key is that the fruit is just a suggestion and doesn't overpower the beer. Sorry, on the fru-fru beer kick this week after brewing nothing but darks for the past few weeks. |
