You'd have to change the keg fittings to modern ones I'm sure. Looks like Hoff Stevens or earlier (?) style. Probalby have to clean out the spiders and who know what from inside the coils too.

Got one not too different than this one myself recently. The one I have does have a little more modern taps and fittings though. Works like a charm!
