I started with a basic kit (first time) although I red several times I should add additional malt extract. I wanted to have an idea of what I was starting with. I am at 6 days in the fermenter and not much action in the airlock now. When checking SG I got a taste and it was weak. Can I add additonal wort at this stage? I would like to kick it up a bit.
Thanks,
Kevin

Sure. Boil the extra wort and chill it to fermentation temperature, then pour it into the fermenter. I wouldn't intentionally aerate anything at this point.
