hello I am new to this site looks like a great one. I have been brewing for a year and have done about 25 batches so far.
I have been looking at a keg (5 gallon0 in the living room for a while now and kept thinking it was
empty and needed washing. Well I went to blow it off and it smelled like beer. I tapped some and all foam. Its been in my house about 76 degrees for at least a month. no refrigeration. I just put it in the cold box. I am figuring it was like a long secondary fermentation. Is there any problemm
with this? thanks to all
