I made a simple lager once and used a bavarian lager yeast. The beer had a little ester flavor otherwise it was o.k. My next step to improve was to try a lager yeast that falls into the sulfer catagory. Can someone recommend that type of yeast. My grist is 2-row and crystal #60. o.g. 1.045

Wyeast 2124, 2206, 2278, and 2308 all produce sulfur.

Ditto on WY2308. That yeast makes my whole basement smell like a frat house on Sunday morning.
