Just got back from Ixtapa and need to recreate Victoria; anyone ever try to clone it or know of a recipe? I found it just the right flavor for the tropics, darker than Corona or Sol but lighter than Modelo Negra or Dos Equis Amber (which I also like). Maybe a Pacifco clone would be close? |

Hey Frugal, Where you at? We just got an Ixtapa here in Des Moines. I've never tried the Victoria, but I really like Pacifico Claro when I eat Mexican. Cya! |

Ixtapa was the city I was in in Mexico, next door to Zihauteneo. Didn't know their was an Ixtapa restaurant. I'm in the Twin Cities. |
