Does anyone have a recipe for an amber ale similar to Full Sail Amber. It's my favorite amber ale. My wife also likes it. In fact she offered to help me brew a batch this weekend if I can find a recipe.

Here is one I have made a couple of times. Full Sail is my favorite every day beer and this recipe has worked very well for me.

I have used Nottingham yeast with good result. The Chinook is listed at 11.3% in the recipe so watch out of you don't want it too bitter.

I have also added a pound of Munich to the recipe with a good result.

If you dry hop according to the recipe you will get a lot more hop aroma then the original

Good Luck!
