Hey Chumley, did you add anything to the honey before you you started boiling it? I want to carmelize a pound of honey for a honey wheat.

Yes, you can use a tsp of diammonium phosphate...

Oops, sorry, I'm not chumster, nor do I play one on tv...

I think you can use yeast nutrient.

Some yeast nutrients have it in it, any homebrew shop will have it.
