OK, here's the rub. Had 2 cornies of wiezen, finished the first, tapped the second and flat as a tack. The keg has a leak!!! So I transfer this beer to the emptied keg when after a very short amount of time the transfer finishes and it turns out that the beer has frozen because it was resting at the back of the fridge. We have had a very hot summer down here so I have progressively turned the temp down to keep the beer cold. Anyway, I try the beer to really bed down my disappointment and it is sen-bloody-sational. I have no idea of its' strength but I only need a few and it's good night nurse. I love this stuff! |
