I was given a pound of Cluster hops by a friend who just moved and was dumping his stash of ingredients. Anybody have some good ale recipes using Cluster hops? |

Perfect for a cream ale. Just brew Jeff Renner's My Father's Mustach or Skot's Gennessee My Butt recipe with a clean ale yeast. Just look at Elk's thread on lager temps. My favorite for cluster hops is a CAP but you said you wanted an ale recipe. (Message edited by vancebarnes on January 02, 2007) |

Just do My Father's Mustache with an ale yeast, you will like what you get. -Doug |

I like Clusters as a bittering hop in Porters. |

I noticed that Promash is not helpful for situations like these. I've been thinking about exporting all the recipes I have and importing to database. This way for instance you could immediately know which recipes you have contain Cluster hops. Anyone else put any thought to this? Saddam is dead!! The world is now fixed... ...Wait a minute...
