Ok, so I figure I would give it a shot here in the food section. Any thoughts?!?! I am having a party with the following five beer types on tap. We are going to shoot for food pairings that make sense as opposed to being indicative of the region. SO... Suggestions (I will go with the most popular and let you all know the results based on voting): Irish Dry Stout (IBU=60) Mexican Style Light Lager (IBU=20) IPA (IBU=56) American Style Pilsner (IBU=TBD) Traditional German Hefeweizen (IBU=TBD) Thanks! OK, I'll bite: Irish Stout = Bangers and Mash (Entree) Mexican = Grilled Quesadilla (App) IPA = Chicken Curry (Entree) American = Chilli (Soup) German = Lemon Tart (Dessert) It's getting to the point, I won't even sleep with a woman unless she says, "Yes, OK, I'll sleep with you."
