I just tasted the stuffing I made to go along with my cider-steeped baked chicken. I used coarse bread crumbs, garlic, celery, mustard seeds, a dash of ginger, a bit of chile powder, some pepper, and about 6 or 7 Hallertauer pellets. This stuff ROCKS! |
