Well, we've asked what everybody brewed in '07. what do you have planned for '08?
My schedule is planned out for 1 batch per month. We'll see how close I keep to the plan, tho usually squeeze in another batch or two of an old standby along the way:
Jan- Kolsch (actually brewed 12/29)
Feb- Biere de Garde
Mar- Dusseldorf Alt
Apr- Cal Common (1st 4 all using WL029 yeast)
May- Kiwi wit
Jun- Mild for NHC Club Night
Aug- T-58 Belgian Blonde
Sep- Belgian Strong using yeast from Blonde
Oct- Baltic Porter w/ bock yeast
Nov- Graham's Roggenbier
Dec- Traditional Bock
Granted, again my neighbors will be brewing a couple of batches for me to keep me at 50 gallons.
This year, I'll be able to scratch off Light Hybrid, Amber Hybrid, English Brown, German Wheat/Rye, and Belgian/French ale categories from my "list", now having brewed each of the subcategories at least once. Next year I'll finish off stouts, Belgian Strongs, and Bocks, leaving me just light lagers, smoked beers and sour beers to do.

I'm not organized enough to plan that far in advance. My next two are going to be a helles and a kolsch (style), however.

i haven't planned beyond the first two: Herman Holtrop's wonderful Rochefort 8 recipe and a weizenbock. My wife and I split an Aventinus last night, and I was reminded once again what a great beer it is. Believe it or not, it's also one of the very few styles I have yet to brew. The Aventinus recipe in Clone Brews looks very logical to me, but if someone has a recipe they know is spot-on I'd be happy to see it.

Only plans I have for 2008 are to brew more than I did in 2007. That was my 2007 plan, to brew more than I did in 2006, and I did, but still not as much as I wanted to.
I'm far more of a seat of the pants brewer. I brew whatever sounds good at the time. I really have no idea what I'm going to brew next. I would like to brew a Kolsch though, since I can use the back corners of the basement to ferment cold this time of year.

Basically I'll mirror exactly what Mike Huss said. Seat of the pants and how I feel at the time, which is only during the spring and fall. With the hop crunch it will be an interesting year for recipes.

I have coming up a helles followed by Bohemian pilsner. I'd also like to try a wheat wine, being that I have an unopened 55 lb. sack of wheat malt.
After that, definitely more lagers through April. Probably some bitters and IPAs mixed in as well.

Count me in as seat o' the pants. The only definitive plans are more of my T-58 crisp rye, a lawnmower beer the wife loves, BVIP, a Fullers ESB clone, and an O-fest. Everything else is subject to change without notice.

I can only see as far as Sunday, when I'll be brewing an Alt for my wife. After that, I don't know. I haven't made a Porter in a while, so that's a possibility. On the other hand, I've got nothing hoppy in the house. It will depend on my mood on brew day.

I set out a tentative schedule and never adhere to it exactly. I skip some, change some, add some, and sometimes brew on a whim. But some of what I have in mind is (most 5's, some 10's):

Count me in with the rest of the SOP's (Seat Of your Pants brewers). Never know what I am brewing until I am at the LHBS buying ingredients. that is unless I am brewing for a club project.
I think Bill Pierce brewed more than I did in 2007, so I will be doing great to brew more than 1 batch every 2 months. Hopefully more.

Double 6 gallon batches here - one ale and one lager each session. I usually brew from late August or September through May or early June, and try to have a break in the summer June through early August. Subject to change of course.

First on my agenda is to find and evict the Gremlin from my brewing system / practice. I've been suffering from wild swings in efficiency. Then I plan to take on a Roswell IPA clone again. After that I intend to do some more experimenting with hops I've never used and whatever else trips my trigger.

My plan is to even out my beer stocks by alternating two beers that need to be aged with a quick-drinking beer:
Company Red #1
Flanders Red or Brown or Something Sour
SSOS (assuming I can get my hands on some Chinook)

There are many opportunities for brewing beers that don't require a lot of hops. Here are some styles that come to mind:
German wheat beers
Munich dunkel and schwarzbier
Irish red ale
American cream ale
Southern brown ale
Fruit and spiced beers
Other sour styles (oud bruin and Flanders red ale)
Braggot and mead

I set up a calendar so I would have certain beers available for certain events. For example the stout is for the Superbowl. Also it takes into consideration the limited space in my lagering freezer chest. The dates aren't exact, I plan to brew on any free day closest to the brew date. The "? ale"s give me the opportunity to do some SOPs, or I can just skip them. The Kolsch is taking advantage of the fact that the coach house basement should be at it's coldest at that point. So here it is (hey, you did ask):
Sweet Stout 1-Jan
Scottish Ale 15-Feb
? Ale 21-Apr
? Ale 15-Jun
Cream Ale 15-Jul
Barley Wine 1-Sep
? Ale 15-Oct
Dark Lager/Fruit 1-Nov

I'm not the seat-of-the-pants type, but I don't plan a whole year ahead either. I do have a few batches in mind for this year's lager season, begining with a German Pils followed by a CAP, a Munich Dunkel, and an O'fest. Later, or in between lagers, maybe a pale ale, stout, and a Belgian or two. This might get me to summer, maybe all the way to fall.

2008, at least at this point, is going to be a blessed relief for me. After I get done brewing what I have planned over the next couple of months, I'm going to go into max home improvement mode and minimum beer competition mode. I'm going to brew what I want to brew to drink, without regard to competitions, and I'm going to brew less frequently and more volume per session to compensate. I need to do a lot of work on my house and spending too much time brewing only makes me feel guilty about it. So mucho de pale ale, summer bitter, maybe a German Pils, Belgian-style brown, American brown, etc.

Some day I'll sit down and plan out some kind of calendar so that I have seasonal beers ready ahead of time. As it is I don't do any such planning.
I do have hops and yeast (but no malt) for some beers already on hand -- those'll be the first brewed, followed by some others I've been meaning to do:

So you did what, 5 batches?
Some friends are planning a '24-hours of brewing' event. If I can attend, I'll brew 12 different batches in about 12-14 hours (using 3 mash tuns and 3 kettles) and let someone else have 2nd shift.
Then I could say I brew more beer in one day than Bill Pierce brews all year ;)
If I enter any contests this year, a goal will be to sweep a category. I can't seem to get more than 2 subcategories to place at a time, due to the age of the beers.

I got my first batch under my belt on Sunday.
Brewed a Wit. I underestimated my efficiency and came out at 1.060 when I was only shooting for 1.055. I also re-circulated my chilling wort too long and got it down to 56 degrees. that's what happens when you step away to wolf down some dinner. It'll still turn out good.
The fun part was using a lemon zester to scrape a bunch of oranges. The batch is perk-u-lating away in my fridge. I got off to a good start this year.
