It's a used copy, JB, and this is the seller's asking price. It's hard to believe there will be any serious offers. Amazon is not like eBay; there's no way to bargain over the price. Yes, the book is out of print right now, but I'm willing to bet there are cheaper used copies floating about. I'm reminded of someone I used to know who said his house was always for sale--to anyone who was willing to pay his price. |

I believe that you can get new copies from CAMRA. Frankly his recipe books are far better. |
