You can bring your brewing equipment by Friday night, so you don’t have to pack everything up Saturday morning.  I have a four way splitter on the water supply, but for cooling purposes, it is better to stagger the beers so that everyone is not trying to cool at the same time.  Jane will start her beer in the afternoon.  I typically use straight Proctorville tap water.  If anyone has a carbon filter they could drop that off Friday night.  I will start my brew some time before 10 am.

Ø      Bring your homebrews, snacks and/or deserts to share.  Don’t forget a lawn chair.
