Yes, we do have homebrew at all our meetings, but that's not all.
Our monthly meetings are a mix of club business, an educational session and tastings of homebrew, commercial beers and food.
We have 4 club members who brew professionally in the Mid-Hudson area and they often come to talk about their craft.
We publish a Newsletter each month that is full of useful information related to our hobby.
Some features over time have included the Style of the Month, beer and food recipes, competition updates, event calendar and technical topics all designed to make us better beer enthusiasts.


Other Club events include:

  • An annual (March) open homebrew competition (one of the largest in New York)

  • An annual (June) family picnic (guests welcome)

  • Pub crawls

  • Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) classes

  • Brewing sessions and cider pressings
