-          Beer Brined Olives

-          Shrimp steamed in Beer, served chilled

-          Mini Scallop Tostadas

-          Glazed Pork Belly Skewers

-          Assorted vegetables with dip

Salad

-          Mixed greens or Baby Spinach topped with choice of Seared Duck Breast or Portabella Mushroom

-          Topped with beer based vinaigrette

 Dinner Buffet

-          Chocolate Stout Braised Short Ribs

-          Mead Brined and Honey Glazed Smoked Turkey Breast

-          Lobster Macaroni and Cheese

-          Potato and Mushroom Gratin

-          Multi Grain Pilaf

-          Sautéed Green Beans with Mushrooms and Shallots

Cheese Course

-          Assorted Cheeses with a Beer Granita

Dessert
